Favorite "Kernel-Mode Developer" Screen Shots
depicting the trials and tribulations of a Windows kernel mode software developer
Scanned this image by artist Tom Friedman (which might be titled "Crazy Critter") off the Art pages of the NY Times a while back.  The image spoke to me as reflecting the "dazed and confused" attitude common among Windows NT kernel mode device driver writers.  I think I can say I've "been there and done that".  Hopefully the after-effects aren't quite as striking as they certainly are with the poor soul pictured below (but they might be).  C'est la vie!  And it's been fun.  Now and then.  Well, some of the time.
